If you may feel our price is bit high when compared to others. We can’t offer very low price for our houseboats.

1. We will not go into a downward auction. We will match a price once but we will not continuously match a price downwards
2. We will need to investigate any houseboat price as we have had too much experience of deluxe house boat  at standard price which later turn out to be standard houseboat at more than standard prices
3. We cannot fight with prices... if you can get it cheaper elsewhere or online - go for it with our blessing!!!

  3. Fixed menu in the houseboat ( Kerala Traditional food )
  4. Air condition time 09:00 Pm to 06:00 Am for normal reservation.
  5. Full time Air condition reservation :- Air condition works whenever you need
  6. If Air condition broken , N A/c charge applicable difference amount refunded
  7. Management is not Responsible for late Arrival & Earlier departure

How to Book our Houseboat?

We are taking the reservation only with Advance payment.

  • 1st Step: - Send an E – Mail or book on Reservation page
  • 2nd Step: - after get our E- Mail Response check all details clearly
  • 3rd Step: - Confirm your reservation with exact date of arrival, departure &contact details
  • 4th Step: - we will send the Re- confirmation E- Mail
  • 5th Step: - after the Re- confirmation E- mail, make the advance before 24 hours
  • 6th Step: - if you take more than 24 hours once again contact us through E –MAIL or Phone
  • 7th Step: - After make the Advance payment inform us
  • 8th Step: - we will send the E –mail confirmation
  • 9th Step: - Re confirm your reservation 1 days before arrival
