Houseboat Construction: Our houseboat is of excellent construction and luxurious furnishing, with exquisite flooring, hull and valavara (canopy). They are in top cruise worthy condition.
Houseboat Security:Adequate numbers of buoys are provided for each house boat and so are fire buckets. The house boat has plentiful supply of purified water. Clean, good quality linen, blankets, towels etc.
Eco-Friendly houseboats: Solid wastes and sewage are not directly discharged into the water, bio-chemical alternatives are provided and for energy requirements solar power is used in every Kerala houseboats
Houseboat Records: Logbooks and tourist records are updated regularly and the house boat has a valid license.
